Shipping Policy
Most orders will be shipped within three days. In some instances inventory must be managed properly so orders placed may take up to 2-3 weeks from the time of ordering to be shipped.
Backordered Items
Every effort is made to ship orders complete and on time. In the event we are temporarily out of stock of an item that you ordered, our online store will inform the customer the product is "out of stock." Back orders older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless there are special circumstances. In the instance where an item becomes back ordered after the order has been placed, a customer service representative will notify you. Customers will be notified by e-mail.
Returns on Internet
Items can be made only within 15 days of Invoice for exchange or store credit, no questions asked. Clearance items & custom made orders are not returnable or refundable. All Sale Items refunds are for merchandise only; shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,please be aware that when you chose over night shipping all orders take 24 to 48 hours to process and then it's deliver.. The customer must e-mail us at orders@illwear.com or call 1-888-727-6111 for a return authorization code. Items that are returned unauthorized will be placed in holding until an authorization has been established. It is not the responsibility of Ill Wear Company to contact the customer regarding unauthorized returns at any time. Returns must be received in original packaging and in resalable conditions. Products not in resalable condition will not be accepted. A 10% or $4.00 (whichever is greater) handling charges will be applied to restock and resell the product(s). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Special orders not listed on the Web Site are not returnable or refundable.
